YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN TO BOOK YOUR AIRFARE – Please let me know date and time of arrival and departure so we can manage transportation.

Your yes in the previous emails is your obligation to come (I have personally guaranteed hotel minimums etc.), and now paying is the follow through.
